The reverse osmosis process is not new, but it is becoming a popular choice with consumers. Through reverse osmosis, we demineralize and then ozonate our product, to ensure complete water purity.
This 10 Step Process is outlined below:

Multimedia Filter - This filter removes sediment and suspended particles from municipal water supply. The particles removed are from 5 - 50 micron range in size.

Activated Carbon Filter - This filter is to remove Chlorine and Chloramines and organics created by decaying vegetation; also removed, if present, are organics such as pesticides and herbicides.

5 Micron Prefilter – These remove particles of 5 micron in size.

Reverse Osmosis Membranes (R.O.) - These membranes are semi-permeable and are capable of removing 99% of all contaminants. R.O. membranes can remove particles as small as 0.0001 micron.

UV Light- Before the water reaches the storage tank, the product water passes through a UV light, which destroys any bacteria if present in the water.

Ozone Sterilization Equipment - Ozone is injected into product water. Ozone destroys microbes 3,000 times faster than Chlorine and only leaves pure oxygen behind as a byproduct.

Bottle Sterilization Process - The bottles are first inspected and then washed by with filtered water at 140 ° using anti- bacterial cleaning agents followed by sanitized rinsing.

In House Testing – Daily water analysis checks are performed to ensure our water is bacteria free.

Outside Lab Monitoring – Water samples are sent to an independent lab for verification as per Can-CBWA Standards.
