Here at Shamrock
Waters of Canada Inc. we believe in supporting our
community
and we applaud your fund raising efforts. Requests for sponsorship
fall into several
categories (eg, charities, sports teams, music and arts
initiatives, etc) and, generally
speaking, we receive approximately 3-5 requests each week
for support. This support is
usually requested in the form of product donations.
We hope that you can appreciate there is no way we can accommodate
all requests, but
we do want to make every attempt to help out as best we
can.
Groups seeking donations which they will auction or sports
teams, school groups,
charities and other fund raising initiatives you may choose
either:
a.) In-store gift certificate for $25.00.
This can be redeemed at our showroom
(1288 Topsail Road) and is valid on water purchases, including
home
delivery. This gift certificate cannot be used towards the
purchase of
other merchandise or as a bottle deposit. -or-
b.) Use of a cooler free for 6 months. We
will offer a free rental cooler to you,
but it must be signed for and must be returned in original
condition to
our warehouse on 1288 Topsail Road. -or-
c.) Use of up to 3 coolers and 18L Discovery Demineralized
water for your
event.We do have several coolers which we reserve
for community use.
They are available for use free of charge, as well we will
supply a
quantity of 18L Discovery Demineralized water at no charge.
Quantity to be determined based on group needs and our discretion.
Bottle deposits must be paid and coolers must be signed
for, and returned in original condition to warehouse address
within
specified time frame.
We regret that we cannot continue to offer cases of 500ml
water to groups without charge.
We do view sponsorship as a partnership whereby you, the
community group, are one half of the partnership and we
are the other. In return for our support of your activity
we would like you to make us aware of how you will offer
in-kind advertising or promotion of Discovery Springs. This
return support can happen either at the time of your sponsored
event or at another agreeable and specified time. Some suggested
options for advertising or promotion that your group may
be able to provide include:
a.) a letter of introduction to your patrons or customers
on behalf of Discovery Springs (content of any such letter
should be pre-approved by Discovery Springs)
b.) an email data bank of your patrons / customers or office
staff with your approved understanding that we will contact
them with sales information
c.) mention/ advertising of our products in your booklets/
brochures or programmes
d.) inclusion of our logo on your website for a specified
time frame
e.) inclusion of our logo or company name in other media
as appropriate to your event and scale of our sponsorship
f.) other suggestions welcome
